Administrative meeting 7th week of winter quarter

Hardware

• Pretty good shape --- on schedule
• Constructed/welded frame for new robot
• Still working on the box for the computer

Electronics

• Motor controller board made.
  • Currently being debugged
• MAX232 is almost finished

Software

• Navigation code using the GPS and MicroStrain is almost finished.
• Will be testing the software outside on Wed (2009-02-04)
  • Requesting a hardware and electronics team member be present
  • Jay has volunteered for the hardware team.

Administrative

• Elections will be held next week (2009-02-10)
• The constitution needs to be updated
  • Currently "Team Leaders" are not mentioned at all
  • "Active" membership requirements need revision
